- • 6:00 am to 7:00 am – Pranayama
- • 7:00 to 8:00 am – Meditation
- • 8:00 to 9:30 am – Hatha Vinyasa Yoga
- • 9:30 am – Breakfast
- • 11:00 am to 12:00 pm – Sound Healing Session
- • 12:30 pm – Lunch
- • 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm – Balinese Massage Treatment
- • 7:00 pm – Dinner

- •6:00 am to 7:00 am – Pranayama
- • 7:00 to 8:00 am – Meditation
- • 8:00 to 9:30 am – Hatha Vinyasa Yoga
